Equipment that has been repaired and/or passed inspection is safe for use at the time of inspection. Any exceptions will be noted on the service report or the unit will be deemed unsafe/unusable and fail inspection.

It is the responsibility of the medical professional who uses the equipment to ensure that the equipment is damage free and usable at the time of application. If the instrument is damaged or is not functioning correctly, it is their responsibility to remove it from service and have it inspected and repaired prior to continued patient use.
